These Official Rules apply to all Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel promotions, drawings, giveaways, offers and special events unless the promotion details state otherwise.

Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel is a governmental enterprise of the Shawnee Tribe, a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe.

Promotion Details

Each promotion has its own dates, times, prizes, earning requirements, drawing rules, active play requirements and redemption details above. Please review the promotion details before participating.

Eligibility

Participants must meet the age requirement listed in the promotion details, present valid government-issued photo ID and be a Golden Mesa Players Club member with complete and accurate account information, unless stated otherwise.

Ineligible Participants

Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel employees, ineligible Shawnee Tribe employees, barred patrons, promotional sponsors and any other person or entity deemed ineligible by Golden Mesa or the Shawnee Tribe may not participate or win.

Must Be Present

Participants must be present at Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel to participate, qualify, win, claim or redeem a prize unless stated otherwise.

Players Club Card

For gaming promotions, participants may be required to actively play with their Golden Mesa Players Club card properly inserted or presented.

Golden Mesa is not responsible for lost, stolen, inactive, damaged, unreadable or improperly inserted Players Club cards.

Transfers and Substitutions

Entries, points, rewards, offers and prizes may not be sold, transferred, assigned, substituted or exchanged unless Golden Mesa allows it.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must meet all eligibility requirements and may be required to provide valid photo ID, Players Club card, signature, tax information or other documentation before receiving a prize.

Prize Availability

All prizes, offers and rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted by Golden Mesa.

Prizes may have restrictions, expiration dates, blackout dates, tax requirements, redemption rules or other conditions.

Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and reporting obligations.

Winners may receive a W-2G and/or 1099 tax form when applicable, provided by the Shawnee Tribe.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner gives Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel, the Shawnee Tribe and their designees permission to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, city, prize information, statements or submitted content for publicity, promotional, advertising, website, social media and business purposes without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Participation may involve the collection and use of personal information as described in Golden Mesa’s Privacy Policy.

Disqualification

Golden Mesa may disqualify any participant who does not follow the promotion details or these Official Rules.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

Changes and Cancellations

Golden Mesa and the Shawnee Tribe reserve the right to void any entry and to change, cancel, suspend, extend or modify any promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Errors and Malfunctions

Golden Mesa is not responsible for printing errors, website errors, technical issues, system malfunctions, equipment failures, communication errors, human error, Players Club card errors or other issues that may affect a promotion.

Disputes

Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Shawnee Tribe in the manner it deems fairest to all concerned. Any such decision will be final and binding on all participants.

Prize Claims

Upon any dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Shawnee Tribe Office of the Gaming Commission.

Jurisdiction

Participation gives each participant’s affirmative consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shawnee Tribe, its regulatory bodies and courts, which shall govern the promotion.

Sovereign Immunity

Nothing in these Official Rules, any promotion details, any website content, any offer, any prize or any participation in a promotion will be interpreted as a waiver of the Shawnee Tribe’s sovereign immunity, or the sovereign immunity of any tribal entity, officer, employee, agent or representative.
